1. Cut
2. Fold at logical
points and lines.
3. Use a fresh
X-acto blade to cut pattern. Use poster removable
clay to hold pattern in place.
4. Glue board's
edging.
5.
Edging when completed.
6. Glue board covers
7. Glue corner tabs of
box to the interior blank surface of respective
corners. Use tweezers to get a good bond.
8. Crease side lining
panels and glue in place. Use tweezers along
crease's edge.
9. Size box floor
lining. Glue in place.
10. Glue box lid's
corner tabs as you did the box bottom's tabs. Repeat
the steps for gluing the side lining panels.
11. Create the "hinge"
by gluing the back tab to outer surface of the box.
12. To paint pieces,
place a line of poster removable clay on a piece of
cardboard that you can afford to ruin with paint.
Carefully place pieces into the clay. Not too far
into the clay that the bases don't get painted. Also
position the pieces far enough apart that the spray
can't make contact with all surfaces.
13. Make at least 2
sprayed coats of paint. This is how they look after
one coat.
For
positioning of the pieces, follow the photos below.
