Required tools and supplies:
  • X-acto knife and fresh blade
  • Tweezers
  • Good cutting mat
  • Detailing scissors
  • Fast-grab, quick-dry white craft glue that dries clear
  • Quick-dry glue that bonds paper and fabric
  • Small piece of aluminum foil to use as a glue pot
  • Artist's paint brush to apply craft glue

Note: The photos are very bright and in most of the pictures you can not notice that the paper has been aged.
 


 
1.  Cut

 
2. Fold at logical points and lines.

 
3.  Use the game back as a pattern and trace edge.

 


   
4.  Use a fresh X-acto blade to cut game board.

 


 
5. Glue the cut board edging. Photo shows edging when half completed.

 
6. Glue board cover onto board.

 
7. Glue game board onto board.

 
8. Glue corner tabs of box to the interior blank surface of respective corners. Use tweezers to get a good bond.

 


 
9. Crease side lining panels and glue in place.

 

 


 
10. Use tweezers along crease's edge.

 
11. Trim the box lid's inside covering if necessary.

 
12. Glue into box lid.

 
13. Take box bottom, and glue corner tabs to inner blank surface of respective side.

 
14. Fold down the lining panels found on box bottom and use tweezers along crease.

 
15. Size box floor lining. Glue in place.

 
16. Bend cup tabs at a right-angle to cup side.

 
17. Wrap cup piece around a shaft that is the same circumference as the piece with glued tabbed. The photo shows a thick paint brush handle.

 
18. Paint glue to the folded tabs at bottom of cup.

 
19. Place cup bottom against tabs. Use color side against tabs.

 
20. Color inside of cup to give it an aged look to match the rest of the game set.
