h1is003a ~ Wall
Calendar (generic design good also for book pages, notebooks,
and note pads)
Must have items for assembly:
X-acto knife and fresh
blade
Small detailing scissors
Tweezers
Metal straight edge ruler
Small artist's paintbrush
Small piece of aluminum
foil to use as "glue pot"
Fast-grab, quick-dry
glue. Nicole sells a great one. White craft glue
takes too long to dry and is messy. Glue stick
will work, but becomes brittle and pops loose
after time.
Black office
binder clip
A true cutting
mat
1. Neatly stack the
cut out calendar pages and pinch into black binder
clip. The exposed edge should be the tops of the
pages.
2. Use an artist's
brush and brush a thick layer of glue along the top
edge of the clipped pages.
3. Cut out calendar
backing and fold down center. Use brush to slather a
layer of glue to the blank back surface.
4. Pinch gluey sides
together and press firmly all over surface.
5. Slather a spot of
glue to the front of the backing panel where the
calendar pages will rest.
6. Stick calendar book
against glue spot that you put on the calendar
backing panel.
