Metal straight-edge (ruler).
Make fold lines by pressing against the edge of the ruler.
White craft glue that is a
“quick grab” “clear dry” type of glue and glue stick.
X-acto blade tool and fresh

Small artist brush with which
to paint on glue
Small piece of aluminum foil to squeeze work glue onto.

1. Cut out the catalog
cover and fold spine against the metal straight
edge.
3. Cut the long strip of
paper. Fan fold the strip at lines. Check for proper
thickness by pressing the fan-folded paper into the
catalog cover. If you find the pages are cut
slightly larger than the cover, cut to adjust.
4. Place a dot of glue
to the center of each paper panel. You may take a
paint brush and evenly distribute the glue to the
center of each page. A swipe of glue stick will work
as well.
5. Press fan-folded
paper and pin tightly with a binder clip or two.
Allow to dry thoroughly.
6. Paint spine area
and front and back surface of faux paper pages with
glue.
7. Place the paper
pages carefully into the cover and
press tightly.
