Required tools and
supplies:
-
X-acto knife and fresh
blade
- Tweezers
- Good cutting mat
(cardboard will ruin your blade and your
project)
- Detailing scissors
- Fast-grab, quick-dry
white craft glue that dries clear
- Small piece of aluminum
foil to use as a glue pot
- Artist's paint brush to
apply craft glue
- Cotton swab

1. Fold item at all evident fold lines. Follow the
photo as a guide.
2. Use an artist’s brush and paint glue to side tab.
Use tweezers to
press down glued seam.
3. Place glue to 3 blank tabs found at base and glue shut. Place bag on a flat
surface and use the cotton swab to press down on the
tabs.
4. Crease the side panels half-way down length of bag. This gussets the bag for
closure.
5. Glue closure tab shut at bag opening.

1. Fold items at evident fold lines--follow photo as guide. You will see shapes of miniatures appear when folds are
in place.
2. Use artist brush and paint glue to side tab of a seed packet. Use tweezers
to glue seam.
3.
Apply glue to bottom tab and press shut. If you accidentally glue
the packet shut, use an X-acto knife and slip it into the envelope.
4. Use kitchen spices for seeds if you would like to add realism.
5. Glue tabs of display box to interior of box sides. Then fold down lining for
sides and glue into place.
6. Fold lid in half, half is the lining.
Glue the lining in place.
7. Glue tabs of display box insert, check fit beforehand. The insert will prop
your packets upright to ensure a good display.

Assembly is the same as the bulb bags. Fold item at all

1. Cut and fold both pieces.
Note the each side has an extra length to it. That will
be the partial lining to the box and box lid.
2. Glue the side tabs to the inner
blank surface of the box. Use the tweezers to secure a
tight bond.
3. Paint glue to the partial lining
flaps and glue to the inside of the box. Use tweezers to
squeeze the edge.
4. Repeat step 3 for the lid.
Make sure you squeeze edges with the tweezers to ensure
the lid will fit nicely over the box.
