To qualify,
please send the name of your group and address of the
meeting place on the order form. Include a personal check, money order or
cashier's check made to The Bottega Design Studio. The formula for figuring a discount can be
found on the mail order form.
If you would
like a PayPal Invoice instead, email me at
ann-vanture@paperminis.com . You will need to supply
your order items with totals calculated and all other
information found on the order form. Make sure that you have included Shipping
and Handling amounts to your order please! Look at the
mail order form for the S&H amount required for your order. Because the
Paper Minis™ line of products grows each month, it is
virtually impossible to maintain a printed catalog. Feel
free to print the items from the on-line web site catalog.
